This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked to or integrated with PinnReel and that are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • cookies, pixels, SDK data, and similar technologies.

D. Information from Third Parties and Connected Accounts

If you connect or log in through a third-party service, or authorize PinnReel to access your account on another platform, we may receive information from that provider, subject to your settings and the provider’s policies.

This may include, where permitted:

  • account identifiers;
  • username or handle;
  • profile information;
  • public profile content;
  • account type (for example, creator or business account);
  • media metadata such as captions, post URLs, timestamps, thumbnails, or related engagement/context signals;

We use this information only as necessary to provide the connected feature, support account linking, improve creator onboarding, map content to places, and operate the Services.

PinnReel only accesses information necessary to provide the connected feature requested by the user and does not use platform data for unrelated purposes.

We do not claim ownership of third-party platform content you authorize us to access.

We do not sell connected platform account data or authorized media metadata to data brokers.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, SDKs, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, improve performance, measure traffic and engagement, support security and fraud prevention, and provide analytics and, where permitted, marketing or advertising functions.
